GDVL-1165NC GooDa CNC Vertical machining center
GDVL-1165NC Vertical machining center machine tool has mechatronics design and stylish look. It cuts precisely, after the workpiece is clamped once, the machine tool can automatically and continuously complete the processing of multiple processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and so on.
This machine is suitable for the multi-variety processing of complex parts such as medium and small boxes, plates, plates, shells, etc. It is widely used in auto parts, valves, engineering machinery, IT equipment, optical equipment, medical equipment and aviation Aerospace and other industries.
Advantages of GOODA Machining Center
The machine adopts column-fixed and cross-sliding table moving structure. X, Y, Z axis adopt linear rolling guide, the whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The large-flow fully enclosed protection has beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance.
Transmission: The three-axis motor and high-precision ball screw adopt a direct drive method. The ball screw is pre-tensioned and installed to improve transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. The three linear coordinate axes all use linear rolling guides, the machine tool has low vibration during high-speed feed and no crawling during low-speed feed.
Tool Magazine: We use disc magazine with high quality and stable functionality.
General requirements for the Machine
Required environment
Keep the temperature at a balanced level, especially during precise cutting.
Working temperature10ºC~40ºC, when 20ºC, humidity should be around: 40~75%
To keep the static accuracy of the machine within the specified range, the best temperature is within 15ºC~25ºC, and the temperature difference should not exceed ±2ºC/24h.
Power supply voltage: 3-phase, 380V, voltage fluctuation within ±10%, power supply frequency: 50HZ.
If the voltage in the area is unstable, the machine should be equipped with a regulated power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.
The machine should have a reliable grounding: the grounding wire should be copper wire, the wire diameter should not be less than 10mm², and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms.
In order to ensure the normal working performance of the machine, if the compressed air of the air source does not meet the requirements, a set of air source purification devices (dehumidification, degreasing, filtration) should be in placed before the machine's air intake.
Keep the machine away from direct sunlight, intense vibration, high heat, high-frequency generators and electric welding machines, etc., to avoid machine production failure or loss of machine tool accuracy.

For all exported Milling Machine, we use the PE bag cover inside+Veneer box / steel beam frame to provide the great protection for it.(To be packed in fumigation wooden case or in steel box,suitable for long distance ocean transportation,well protected against moisture and shocks,pressure wetness.)
