DJ X3 desktop trinity chamfering machine is an excellent product first developed in China according to the market. It has excellent performance, high-end indexes and high cost performance. Its advanced linear motion system, frequency conversion technology and PLC control technology bring high efficiency and high reliability to users.

Machine tool spindle head part
The standard configuration is three heads: two crosscutting heads and one vertical cutting head. When chamfering horizontally, the upper and lower edges of the workpiece can be simultaneously inverted without turning over. The upper machine head is equipped with a tool setting sensor, which can automatically measure the workpiece plate and has a memory function. Greatly reduce labor intensity, improve chamfering efficiency and realize safe and efficient production.

The worktable of this machine is treated with pre-hardened material, and the hardness reaches HRC35 after heat treatment. It has the functions of air flotation and electromagnet, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers. Equipped with scrap iron splash guard to prevent scrap iron from splashing.

The panel is easy to operate, and it can enter the corresponding working state only by pressing the corresponding operation button, without manual switching. The electrical part consists of 8 motors, including 5 servo motors of Delta brand, 5 drivers, 1 PLC controller and 2 switching power supplies.

This machine adopts X-axis all-metal stainless steel guide guard and Y-axis stainless steel armor guard, which can effectively protect the linear motion radiation, and its service life is much longer than that of the traditional organ guard.

The Chamfering machine is optionally fitted with pneumatic clamping devices enabling 
the workpiece to be turned quickly. Workpiece with a maximum length of 1200 mm, 
a maximum thickness of 250 mm and a maximum width of 1200 mm can be milled as standard. 
Optionally,  chamfering C1,C2,C3,C4 are available.
