Main Features

GooDa WJ-800/WJ-1500 Horizontal Machining Center is equipped with a CNC rotary table and hydraulic gantry, facilitating four-side machining and quick clamping of mold/die components.
The spindle side is equipped with positioning plate, pneumatic measuring rod, in-process measuring probe, etc. It can easily perform rough positioning, size measurement and precision correction for four-side machining of raw materials, accurate positioning, fast and efficient. Especially suitable for four-side machining of mold bases.
It has wide application range, strong processing capability. Mainly used for multi-variety machining of mold bases, box parts, disc parts, shell parts. Widely used in precision molds, new energy, automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, power generation, heavy machinery, marine engineering, etc.

1. The machine adopts integral bed, table, column, spindle box and other castings. All castings are high-quality gray iron, FEM optimized design, resin sand molding, high temperature tempering. High rigidity and stability;
2. Inverted "T" structure, front-mounted spindle box, large load capacity, high rigidity and good stability;
3. Three axes adopt high-precision heavy-duty roller linear guides with extended multi-slider heavy-duty design. Low vibration at high feed rates, no creeping at low speeds;
4. Enlarged sleeve design of spindle box, specially customized reinforced heavy-duty spindle, synchronous belt drive, high-power spindle motor, enhanced cutting capability.
