Gantry grinder main structure performance and characteristics: gantry grinder is a set of planing, milling, grinding function in a machine of mechanical and electrical integration products. Suitable for high speed steel, hard alloy tool to all kinds of ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and some non-metallic materials workpiece processing. It can finish planing, milling and grinding process of plane, inclined plane, side, groove rack and so on.
CNC system once setting and automatic guides where work-piece loading place, automatic measurement, surface process, which can reduce working strength of operator and increase Productivity, maintain high accuracy for dimension, squareness and parallelism.
Machine structure features :
1. Horizontal grinding head
The horizontal grinding head adopts high-precision flange type spindle design. With three pairs of super-precision angular contact bearings (made in Japan/Germany), using high-temperature resistant high-grade lubricating grease, completely sealed, no need for additional maintenance. Therefore, it can maintain high quality characteristics such as low noise, high precision and low temperature during grinding.
2.Worktable drive
The worktable adopts the fully supported double V self-positioning type hard rail design, the base rail is processed by high frequency, HRC55°±3°, the worktable rail is affixed with PTFE rail tape, to ensure the good smoothness and guidance of the table motion rail.
3.Gantry frame
The lower part of the double column is firmly connected with the bed, the upper part is tightly connected with the beam, and the machine bed, the double column and the beam form a rigid closed frame structure.
4&5 Grinding head drive & Grinding wheel
The grinding head is equipped with AC servo electric drive, with large torque and accurate feed.
The grinding machine is equipped with a safety type grinding wheel with buffer protection device. The wheel adopts reasonable structural transformation, so that the safety of the operator is guaranteed.
6. Lubrication system
The machine base adopts automatic circulating lubrication device. The horizontal and vertical motion guide rails and the ball screw adopt timing and quantitative automatic lubrication device, the operation is humanized, and the machine runs safely and reliably.
7&8 Cooling system & Pipeline protection
The machine coolant device is recycled after multi-stage filtration
The horizontal and vertical movement pipelines of the machine adopt towline mechanism, which is safe and beautiful.
9&10 Hydraulic control system & Electric Magnet
The hydraulic system uses an independent hydraulic station. The hydraulic system controls the balance of the longitudinal movement of the worktable and the vertical movement of the grinding head.
The electric permanent magnet does not need electric energy during the working process, and only uses the permanent magnetic suction to hold the workpiece. It does not use any energy in work and produces safe, strong and efficient power, which is economical and environmentally friendly.

The operation panel is easy to run machine. The button board are integrated together. Such illuminated buttons can be operated as well as related status displays.

The operating system of the machine adopts Touch Screen.
