Machine structure and performance:
1. The overall structure of the machine consists of a rigid structure with four castings: bed, saddle, working table and column.

3. The main material of the machine adopts high strength FC30 cast iron and resin sand molding, and the castings have ***three times artificial aging treatment to eliminate the residual internal stress and ensure the stability of the rigid strength of the machine without deformation.
4. The machine adopts Mitsubishi system programmable control, the operation surface is beautiful and easy to use, and the X, Y, Z three directions are equipped with hand wheel control for easy operation.
