1.High rigidity and high precision mechanism structure
High quality HT300 cast iron is purchased for main structural parts. Heat-Treat for stress relief and increase the stability, with stable structure and permanent quality assurance.
2.This machine are equipped with the large ( 300mm optional) diameter cutters, which enable the one-pass cutting of up to ( 300mm) in width, eliminating the ridges that are made with cutting with the smaller diameter cutter.
3.Mainly used for pre-squared steel plate and non-ferrous metal materials for flat surface.
4.Machine bed base with chip removal groove, wider and more stable base, smooth chip removal.
5.Automatically measure, automatically processing and excellent surface performance.
6.Maintain high accuracy for dimension, squareness and parallelism.
7.One loading and one setting needed only is helpful to shorten the preparation time.
