1. Equipped with a distinctive inverted T-type machine bed and a vertically-mounted spindle head, this design ensures spindle rigidity remains constant, even as the column traverses.
2. The heavy-duty cutting spindle, with an impressive outer diameter of Φ220mm, is engineered for exceptional heavy-duty cutting rigidity, making it ideal for the toughest tasks.
3. With a spindle sleeve nose extension of 450mm, this machine is expertly crafted to significantly boost deep cavity cutting capabilities.
The innovative inverted "T" type bed structure guarantees outstanding rigidity and stability during machine tool operations, effectively minimizing vibrations and extending tool life.
Dual extended heavy-duty 55# roller linear guides are designed for superior vibration resistance. The spindle box incorporates a nitrogen balance system, enhancing the machine's dynamic response speed.
The increased spindle sleeve diameter is tailored to enhance cutting rigidity with spindle RPM soaring to a remarkable 3000rpm/6000rpm. A built-in cooling system ensures prolonged, stable operation.
